LocalNinja connects to your Google account so it can manage your Google Business Profile for you. This page explains, in plain language, exactly which Google permissions we request, what data each one lets us access, why we need it, how we store it, and how you can take it back at any time. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

When you connect your Google account, Google shows you a consent screen listing the permissions below. We ask only for what the product actually uses — nothing is requested for features we haven’t built yet.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
You are in control of the connection. You can revoke LocalNinja’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by disconnecting your profile inside the LocalNinja dashboard. When you disconnect — or if you ask us to delete your data by emailing info@localninja.io — we delete the stored Google access tokens and the cached Google data associated with your account within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
